2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use

- this is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, or
- we are entitled or obliged to disclose data due to legal provisions and/or official or court orders.
- a report gives rise to a reasonable suspicion that a criminal offense has been committed. In this case, the entire report (including name and email address) will also be forwarded to the law enforcement authorities. The lawfulness of the data processing is based on the legal basis “necessary for compliance with a legal obligation” (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
